Hi, I’m Hemang — a former biotech professional turned client partner turned full-time real estate entrepreneur.
I started my career in the biotech industry, working behind the scenes in technical and operational roles before transitioning into sales and client relationship management for a leading life sciences consulting firm. I spent years building partnerships, managing complex projects, and serving high-level clients across the pharmaceutical and biotech space — experiences that sharpened my ability to listen, problem-solve, and deliver results.
But over time, I realized I wanted to create something of my own — something more personal, more flexible, and more impactful. That’s when I turned my part-time passion for real estate into a full-time business. Today, I help people buy, sell, invest in, and manage homes with a blend of strategy, data, and genuine care.

Outside of real estate, I’m based in Charlotte with my wife, our cat and dog, and a love for fitness, local coffee shops, and the occasional tennis or pickleball match. We also operate vacation rentals in Charlotte and Delray Beach — blending our love of real estate with great design and guest experience.
