From an operational standpoint, growth has been deliberate and measurable.

In June 2025, I was managing 2 properties.

Today, that number is 7 active properties, representing $2.77M in assets under management.

With 6 additional properties already under signed agreements launching in Q1 2026, total assets under management will reach approximately $6.63M.
